Following the interviews held on 28^th February 2023 and 1^st March, 2023, Dr. Kefa L. Simwa (pictured) was appointed as the Director - Institute of Gender Diversity & Peace Studies (IGDPS). The interviews were conducted by the University's Council Appointments & Promotions Board.

He was appointed alongside several others as indicated on the table below.
